At Tyminders we process the information provided by users in order to:

• Provide and operate the task reminder service.
• Deliver scheduled reminders via Telegram at the times you set.
• Improve user experience based on usage patterns.

Data will not be used for any purpose other than those described above.

Reminder notifications are delivered through Telegram, a third-party messaging service. To receive reminders, you need a Telegram account and to connect it to Tyminders. The connection is handled securely and only the information needed to send you messages is used.

2.2 How long do we keep your data?

Data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose for which it was collected. Once no longer necessary, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymisation or total destruction of the data.

The Controller processes the following categories of data:

• Account data: email address and password (hashed) used to register and log in.
• Profile data: name, timezone, language preference and Telegram connection identifier.
• Task data: reminder titles, recurrence schedules and notification history.

Personal data is collected directly from you when you register, configure your profile, or create reminders on the website.

5. Sharing of Data

Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. Certain service providers may access data as data processors acting under the Controller's instructions.

This service relies on Telegram to deliver reminder notifications. When you connect your Telegram account, some information , such as your Telegram user identifier , is used to route messages to you. By connecting Telegram, you acknowledge that this data passes through Telegram's infrastructure. Telegram operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service, which we encourage you to read.

• Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
